Royal Gourmet GB4000P Overview

4 Independent Burners: Four main burners spread heat along the single griddle plate, and each one adjusts on its own for staging foods.
Black Outdoor Griddle Build: Finished in black for outdoor placement, the griddle measures 63.94 inches wide, 28.07 deep and 37.72 inches high.
Protective Hard Cover: A protective hard cover sits over the cooking plate and shields it from dust and debris between outdoor cooking sessions.
Foldable Side Tables: Foldable side tables flank the griddle, and a tool holder keeps turners and spatulas off the 28.07-inch-deep frame.
Adjustable Power Levels: Three power levels cover low heat for holding food warm and high heat for searing, adjusted burner by burner.

Locking casters hold the 125.8-pound griddle steady during cooking and unlock for rolling it into a garage or shed.

A removable grease cup collects drippings from the griddle and pulls out for emptying after a batch of burgers.

Rated at 15,236 watts on propane gas, the four-burner system supplies heat for a full plate of breakfast service.
